When you are able to explain on how you take advantage of available resources – people skills, fabulous industrial process, solid departments or modern tools – to complete work effectively, then you are a competent leader.

    Highly sought-after leaders will go further than the available resources. They know they have unlimited resources available to them anytime, anywhere even though they haven’t seen them. By basing their minds in the abundance vision, they constantly make room. They constantly seek for weaknesses to be strengthened, scarcity to be made enough, and threats to be used to fire them up.

    What will happen to your projects? Well, what will happen to poverty when you are the child of the richest man on earth and you “see” it?
