Yes, influence is designed and ingrained in our being. We inherited influence from God’s Image. The influence DNA is structured such a way with the capacity to breakthrough, build up and transform.
I was asked by my coach, Diane O’Connor, at the end of two-day life purpose facilitation, on what I really want in life after all. I said, “I want to have Jesus influence. So when I invite others to join me in the journey to experience the truth on the way to life fulfillment, they are willing to get up and say yes to leave their boring, unsatisfied, mediocre life.”
What kind of leadership influence would I like to radiate? Well, to summarize it up in one word, I would say: “grace”.
