Why woman fake herself to be a man when she is faced with tough situation? Doesn’t she have her own way to cope with toughness in the workplace as well as at home?

      It’s a nature of a woman. Feminine leadership is to cultivate inner beauty, the gentle, gracious kind that God delights in.

      Be agreeable, be sympathetic, be loving, be compassionate, be humble. No retaliation. No sharp-tongued sarcasm. Instead, bless—that’s feminine leadership, to bless. You’ll be a blessing and also get a blessing.
