When Grace works in a leadership consulting firm, she always admire leaders who show a humble confidence for they naturally esteem others. Looking back through her pain of abusive relationship, it seems impossible for her to esteem others. Leadership books and seminars only reflect her weaknesses, telling her that she didn’t have all it takes to be a leader and therefore she needs to work hard to earn it. Instead of being more effective in her leadership, she turns to be controlling, demanding and diminishing.
She takes a step and makes decision to find the secret. She watches hundred movies, listens to hundred leadership insights, studies hundred versions of The Bible, reads hundred books, talks to hundred leaders, challenges hundred leadership point of views, prays hundred leadership hopes and meditates hundred leadership encounters.
