    For instance, if the corporate values reinforced is “abundance” in which leaders need to see things from abundance perspective in order for them to always see opportunities instead of challenges due to lack and scarcity mindset, then you need to walk alongside them to travel through their abundant potential.

    Having them see what they can do, what they have and what triumph they are made for builds a strong leadership image. The image will then births out the values of abundance. Abundance becomes their perspective angle, the way they think and the way they solve problems.

    The process eventually create abundance culture without you realizing it established and rooted strongly in their mindset. Have a wonderful journey!
