Values are impregnated, nurtured, nourished and birthed out. It takes time and process until leaders embrace the values. How is this done? Well, take them through the journey of pregnancy process, and pay the time dimension.

For instance, if the corporate values reinforced is "abundance" in which leaders need to see things from abundance perspective in order for them to always see opportunities instead of challenges due to lack and scarcity mindset, then you need to walk alongside them to travel through their abundant potential.

Having them see what they can do, what they have and what triumph they are made for builds a strong leadership image. The image will then births out the values of abundance. Abundance becomes their perspective angle, the way they think and the way they solve problems.

The process eventually create abundance culture without you realizing it established and rooted strongly in their mindset. Have a wonderful journey!

Leaders who are well-known as good and forgiving are bighearted to all who ask for help. And therefore, bighearted enough to ask for help. Their goodness and forgiving attitude brings strength in their leadership walk.

It's a nature of a woman. Feminine leadership is to cultivate inner beauty, the gentle, gracious kind that God delights in.

Be agreeable, be sympathetic, be loving, be compassionate, be humble. No retaliation. No sharp-tongued sarcasm. Instead, bless—that's feminine leadership, to bless. You'll be a blessing and also get a blessing.

I'm so glad you have a desire to understand how things work. Thanks for asking.

Ask God to give you wise minds and spirits attuned to his will. Then you will acquire a thorough understanding of the ways in which things work.

Live well for the Master, make him proud of you as you work hard in his orchard.

As you learn more and more how God works, you will learn how to do your work. You will have the strength to stick it out over the long haul—not the grim strength of gritting your teeth but the glory-strength God gives.

You will have the strength that endures the unendurable and spills over into joy, thanking God who makes you strong enough to take part in everything bright and beautiful that he has for you.

1. Quiet Spirit. Imagine watching the Super Bowl when you already know the outcome. You already know who is going to win. No matter how far behind the winning team falls, no matter how bad it looks for them, you wouldn’t get upset. You wouldn’t be worried. Why? Because you’ve got inside information. You know the final outcome. When it gets tough and things don’t look like they’re going to work out, you know that you are on the winning team! You can laugh with your people knowing that God has favor you with strength and victory for your future, no matter how bad the economy is.

2. Expectant Heart. One way we “close our mouths” so to speak, is by choosing negative thoughts. If you go around thinking, “Well, I don’t think I’ll ever meet my sales goals this year with the economy like it is”; or “I don’t think I’ll ever get promoted because I’m not that qualified”; or “I don’t think I’ll ever get well,” then the problem is that your mouth is barely open.

The Great Leader named Jesus said, “According to your faith it will be done unto you.” He might as well have said, “If you’ve got a cup, I’ll fill you with a cup’s worth of blessing. If you’ve got a bucket, I’ll fill you with a bucket’s worth of blessing.” I believe He is asking us to take the limits off our thinking, and believe for supernatural opportunities. Why don’t you go out each day expecting increase and promotion?

If you’ll go out each day expecting far-and-beyond favor, if you’ll “open wide
your mouth,” you won’t be disappointed. He’ll fill your cup until it overflows
so that you can live the abundant life He has in store for you!

3. Consider God. There's a gentleman whose business was very, very slow. It looked like he would go under. He owned a small manufacturing company with one main competitor in town, a national company that was bigger with more resources. With the economy down, it made it harder and harder for him to stay open.

This man was flexible about what he should do next, but he really believed he was in the business God wanted him to be in. So, he kept praying, believing and hoping; and instead of considering his circumstances, he considered his God. And just when he thought he was going to have to close down, his main competitor had a change in leadership and direction and decided to pull out of this market. Now he’s breaking all kinds of records.

No reply. You can’t waste your time engaging in conflicts that don’t matter. There will always be critics. There will always be naysayers. When you are falsely accused, don’t try to defend yourself. Give no reply to the charges against you.

Remember, the critics cannot keep you from your destiny. They don’t define who you are. They don’t determine your worth and value. The Creator of the universe breathed life into you. You are crowned with favor. Turn away from accusing voices so you can focus on the destiny God has prepared for you!

Chuck Colson, from Nixon's Watergate Scandal.

Leaders cannot afford to skip the bitter water. It contains mineral for leaders' mind to shape a crystal clear vision and grow authentic self-image.

Surely they will pass on the fountain with palm trees and have the corner office waiting. But when they skip bitter minerals that strengthen leadership, they are too fragile for the great tribulation associated with acquiring the corner office.

Chuck Colson drank the bitter water in prison, and came out stronger and authentic.

Embrace your bitter water, leaders, and start strong in your leadership journey.

When I was a secretary to CEO's in five multinational companies, almost everyone of them often say "I don't have that luxury, Grace" when I offer them solution that requires process, timing, patience and growth but promising results, strength and victory. They want the solution but don't want to pay the price. In human resources decision, they end up paying more because the real price has never been paid in the first place.

What self-esteem problem they might have? My guru Dr. Katie Brazelton keeps saying to us to "trust the process." She knows this is the common trap of leaders who has desire to arrive but don't want to travel. Katie reminds us to always go through the process and never jump to destination. Because the long-lasting strength and victory in your solution lie beneath the experience of the journey.

What about you? Are you willing to pay the price? Trust me, the solution is not the solution. It's embedded in your growing process, journey experience and paradigm enrichment. Have a nerve to go through process and patience, you will surely find the solution in your victory! Off course victory is your destiny, it's your birth right. However, you are delivered to victory through process, not through shortcut.

No, I don't anymore. However, 10 years ago I used to believe that behavior is learnable and developable. It means, the initiative and effort should come from the leaders. I did leadership research for 2.5 years and finally come up with conclusion that leadership is not a behavior modification like reputable leadership development companies have claimed.

Because it's not learnable and developable. You can train leaders every week to be interactively maximized, they just become guilt-ridden to find that they are not good enough compare to the training materials. They are shaped to be someone they are not.

But I didn't stop there, my desire keeps seeking for the secret of how leaders grow. After 8 years of leadership research, I am confident of one thing: leadership behaviors grow out of great leadership-esteem. And leadership-esteem is byproduct of great leadership-image. And leadership-image is renewed through knowing who you are and through discovering your purpose and calling as a leader.

So, what grows between your leadership behavior and your leadership success is your leadership-image which constantly produce your great leadership-esteem. And I want to encourage you that God has given you a great leadership-image in the inside of you.

I would love to work with you in renewing your self-image so that you can produce great self-esteem fruits. And the fruits are remain, they don't shape you back to old patterns of leadership behavior, instead, they keep producing multiplying fruits.

Hi Friends,

Know that God wants you to succeed in every aspect of your life. I can feel you are frustrated in your hardwork to be successful. But let me tell you one thing: You Are A Successful Leader, friends. No matter your circumstances right now, you were born with the seed of success. It means, you don’t need to “work out” your way to success. All you need is to “let yourself being walked into” success. And God will bring you there, because God is the Author of Success.

Success is definite for you, friends. Yes, it’s your birth right as a believer. Don’t waste it, dear! Go for it, and see the marvelous wonder you will discover and experience along the way. Until you finally say: “if it had not been for God…”.
